Pomewest partners with Swaggie to help growers to find workers

Swaggie is free job platform connecting casual, seasonal and ongoing work around current and future availability.  Supported by peak bodies and used by Harvest Trail Service Providers, Swaggie is designed to alleviate costs and other issues experienced by employers who have reoccurring needs for workers.

Swaggie does not involve itself in your recruitment process – it simply provides the technology platform allowing interested parties to connect.

Swaggie allows you to better manage peak periods or ongoing turnover, with jobs you can post for as long as needed, and as far ahead as necessary.

Employers, recruiters, and labour hire providers can advertise an unlimited number of jobs – for free – and post jobs for future availability, allowing better preparation for upcoming peak periods.

With a few simple clicks, you can set up or link to pages to allow related jobs to be shown and found in a dedicated place. Pages are easily shareable and can be followed by jobseekers who get notifications for new jobs and more.

With the recent release of on-platform messaging and many more features being developed, Swaggie is making it even easier to interact with and attract potential workers across the country.

How to get set up on Swaggie

1.       Simply head to app.swaggie.co and register with an email and password

2.       Create a company profile with an ABN and start posting jobs

3.       To link your jobs to the Pomewest page, just go to https://app.swaggie.co/company-page/pomewest and click “Request Link” when logged in.

4.       Once approved by Pomewest, your jobs will appear!
