Tracking temperature variation in the supply chain for apples - managed by Pomewest

Pomewest has secured APAL funding for a  three-month trial, investigating temperature variations along the supply chain to build on our current quality program.  The outcome is a continued commitment to improving our produce's appearance and taste in the local retail market. This activity is being set up as a pilot trial to investigate the causes of on-shelf quality reduction in major retail outlets.  We are targeting Packsheds - please email below to register interest.
